The versatility of a portable car navigation GPS
Both my wife and I regularly travel to sales events as part of our job. Navigation is not our strong points. When a friend recently bought our attention to a new GPS unit that he had purchased we were immediately sold on the idea. There would be no more need for trip planning or purchasing maps for out of state locations. I really like the fact that these devices operate at night. It is very difficult to read a map in the interior of your car. Frequent stops to do this slow your progress down greatly. We settled on a portable car navigation GPS so that it can be installed in both our cars. When one of us is away we simply connect up the unit. It is a simple and versatile solution.
