Let your past customers sell for you through testimonials

There isn’t much more compelling sales copy for your small business marketing than glowing testimonials from past customers. Real success stories from actual people who have purchased your product or obtained your services can go an extremely long way in convincing others to experience the same results. Many entrepreneurs don’t take full advantage of this marketing tool and it’s a shame because it’s free and so effective.

When you feature lots of testimonials on your website (with photos), they will be there smiling at your website visitors 24/7 like a round-the-clock sales force. Optimize these testimonials by rephrasing some of their wording to help with your SEO. Not only will your website visitors feel confident buying from you after reading what your past customers have to say, but if the testimonials are keyword-rich, they will help draw traffic to your site.
