Bootcamp Workout Efficiency

The financial upside to group training and bootcamp style workouts is certainly not the only reason to consider this fitness option. In terms of our other most-coveted resource, time, the efficiency of a bootcamp fitness program make it a more schedule-friendly approach to getting fit. In an article describing some of the how’s and why’s of bootcamp training, Paige Waehner makes this point: “Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body– heart and muscles–by going from one exercise to another with no rest.” By eliminating down time and the need to swap out equipment, machines, weights, etc this workout method can be streamlined to get the job done quickly as well as intensely. This would be a great addition to anyone’s venture in seeking a personal trainer certification.
