Gym-Fit

I’m a 22-year-old gym instructor and I used to be very square and stout. Some of the people who go to me didn’t believe that I was a gym instructor. My body contradicted my job and abilities. I needed to be more trim and fit. I had to revitalize my own diet and training schedules. I found out that I was fond of potatoes and chips and that I drank the wrong kind of milk. The caveman diet taught me to let go of grains, beans, potatoes and milk. I did this a day at a time. The people around me started seeing the changes and more people started wanting to see me as their instructor.
