Acai Benefits and Minerals
There are of course many minerals in the acai berry which account for many acai benefits. The acai berry is rich in iron, potassium and calcium. Magnesium is also present in the acai berry.
Phosphorus, Copper, Manganese and Zinc are also present as well as Boron. These minerals have different benefits and the body need most of them, some more than others. Calcium, for example, is very abundant in the acai berry.
People need minerals in their diet because they serve different purposes in the body. If they cannot get them in food, they often take supplements that you have to buy from vitamin stores.
