Candles can relieve stress and lighten your mood

I have been stressing out a lot at work lately and I have tried everything to relieve my stress. Yesterday I was frustrated and my co-worker Susan suggested I try lighting an aromatherapy soy candle. She said when she feels like her blood is about to boil she lights a candle and takes deep breaths. So I decided to give it a try, what did I have to lose? I decided to try a Lavender soy candle, and I was really surprised. The fragrance not only reduced my stress but it livened my mood as well. I am not a firm believer in aromatherapy. If you are stressed out give it a try.
