There are three common materials used for out door fireplace. These are usually made from iron, copper, brick or stone. The materials used somehow determine the kind of maintenance needed for the fireplace. When purchasing iron fireplaces, you make sure that the parts can be replaced and purchased in stores. Apply high-temperature paint to the iron to protect it from rust. Copper fireplaces should be stored in dry places to keep its color. You can also use cover to protect them during rainy days. When you have brick and stone fireplaces, you should clean them frequently and remove the ash and debris after use. You should always take care of your outdoor fireplace to maintain its design and style and keep it looking good.
