I am Trying to Find Out How Foreclosures Work.
I have a good friend who is going through a foreclosure and she asked me for help. She asked me “how does foreclosure work“? I told her that there are a lot of factors to foreclosures and that she needs to do some research into them. For instance that she could have up to 9 months to get her payments caught up so that she still has some hope of turning this around. That once you go into foreclosure you are not automatically going to lose your home. I said that she should get a lawyer too if she needs to have some extra time.
