With the way this country’s economy is going right now, we need all the help we can get.  Last week, I bought a Chicago Cutlery Insignia Knife Set from the cooking store in my local mall.  I had done research for weeks leading up to the day I finally made the purchase and I learned that the Japanese and the Germans pretty much had the world envying them for the quality of theri cutlery.  I knew the set I was buying was slightly inferior but I bought it anyway because it is American made.  I feel good helping spur on our economy.
