Bbq smokers are not tough to use and can produce some great tasting food. However, you should take all the necessary precautions mentioned in the user’s manual to prevent any sudden explosion. Also, make sure that the meat you use is handled properly as food poisoning is a possible consequence of unhygienic practices in cutting and defrosting the meat.
You may need a little practice before getting the whole thing right. You may even burn a few meat pieces if you are not careful about the heating temperature of the bradley smoker. You could, of course, cut out the portions which have blackened before serving the barbecued meat. So, start barbecuing and get some home practice and before inviting your friends over!
