Best Beginner Running program

I’m writing to let you know how much I am enjoying my Treadmill Trainer Volume 1.  In the past, I tried to run on the treadmill and would never stick with it.  To me, it was torture!!  Now I am actually excited about my runs!! This is the best beginner running programI also play tennis 3-4 times a week, and I can tell a huge difference in my energy level! Thank you very much Yuri for this amazing program. It’s has done wonders not just for my health, but my self esteem and motivation. It’s bleeding over into other areas of my life as well.
