Who created the turbulence training?

There is a man and his name is Craig Ballantyne. This man is an asset to the fitness world and is very well known to all of the fitness guro’s around the world. Craig Ballantyne works with athletes as a strength and conditioning coach in order to help them make sure that their bodies are working well and are in the right condition in order to do the sport that they love which helped him to create the turbulence training program. He also has a featured space in Men’s Magazine that he writes articles in every month about weight loss and workout tips among other fitness type subjects that he is very knowledgeable about.
