We came to the UK to visit the gardens and appreciate the parks. When the Swallow Bower Hotel was suggested to us as our Manchester accommodation we jumped at the chance to stay there. It was originally built as a manor house and has been added on to until it is now a first class hotel. What we found most attractive is that the hotel is located away from the main roads and the owners still maintain a beautiful garden in the rear of the building. Our room was in the back and we could look out across the garden and appreciate it in all angles of the sun.
